Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and fuje9 ("fuje9", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the fuje9 platform at fuje9.pro, including all games, betting markets, payment services, bonus programs and customer support features available therein. These Terms apply to all users who access the platform from Bangladesh, including residents of Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh and all other locations within Bangladesh.

To register and maintain an active account on fuje9, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform.

• 1You must be at least 21 years of age. fuje9 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement and may request identity verification documents at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited.
• 2You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Corporations, partnerships and other legal entities are not permitted to register accounts on fuje9.
• 3You must register using your own valid Bangladesh mobile phone number. Each phone number may be associated with only one fuje9 account. Operating multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account suspension.
• 4You must not be an employee, agent, contractor, director or officer of fuje9 or any of its affiliated entities, nor a close family member of such persons.
• 5You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on fuje9. If you have previously requested self-exclusion and that period has not expired, you are not eligible to create a new account or access the platform.

Registration

Account Registration and Security

Registration on fuje9 is free of charge. Each player is permitted to hold only one active account. The following rules apply to all registered accounts on the fuje9 platform.

• 1You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your registered phone number and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. fuje9 is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• 2All information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete and current. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false, incomplete or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
• 3fuje9 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign or otherwise dispose of your account or any credits, bonuses or rights associated with it to any other person or entity.
• 4fuje9 may at its sole discretion request additional identity verification (KYC) at any point during account operation. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is completed.
• 5You must notify fuje9 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. fuje9 will investigate reported incidents and take appropriate action, which may include account suspension pending investigation.

Payments

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

fuje9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via locally supported payment methods. All transactions on the fuje9 platform are subject to the terms of these rules and any supplementary payment-specific policies published on the platform.

Accepted payment methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and selected Bangladeshi bank transfers. fuje9 reserves the right to add, modify or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice to the Player.

• 1The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no fuje9-imposed minimum withdrawal, although your chosen payment provider may apply their own minimum transaction thresholds. fuje9 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals.
• 2Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your fuje9 balance instantly under normal circumstances. Withdrawal processing times are typically 3 to 5 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one working day depending on the recipient bank's processing schedule.
• 3All funds deposited into your fuje9 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. fuje9 does not accept third-party deposits. If a third-party payment is detected, fuje9 may void the deposit, suspend the account and return the funds to the originating account.
• 4Withdrawal requests may be subject to pending wagering requirement completion if bonus funds are active in your account. You should ensure all applicable wagering requirements are met before submitting a withdrawal request that includes bonus-derived funds.
• 5fuje9 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including proof of identity and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals will not be processed to payment accounts that do not match the name on your fuje9 account.

Bonuses

Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

fuje9 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the promotional offer.

• 1Bonuses are credited to your account in BDT and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable rollover multiplier for each bonus is specified in the individual promotion terms. Players must complete the stated wagering requirements within the validity period of the bonus.
• 2Bonuses may only be used for wagering on eligible games or markets as specified in the promotion terms. Certain games may contribute at reduced rates or be entirely excluded from wagering requirement calculations. fuje9 will specify which games are eligible for each promotion.

• 4Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household and per device. fuje9 uses technical and manual checks to identify duplicate bonus claims. Players found to be claiming multiple welcome bonuses through different accounts will have all associated accounts suspended permanently.
• 5Unused bonus funds that have exceeded their validity period will be automatically removed from your account balance without compensation. It is your responsibility to monitor your active bonuses and their expiry dates within your account.

Prohibited Conduct

Prohibited Activities and Fair Play Obligations

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fuje9 platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and legal action where applicable.

• 1Collusion — coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market, including signalling, chip dumping in poker formats, or any form of coordinated wagering designed to exploit a bonus or game mechanic.
• 2Bonus abuse — systematically exploiting bonus offers through practices including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, using VPN services to falsify location, or employing automated betting patterns to clear wagering requirements without genuine play intent.
• 3Fraudulent deposits — depositing funds using stolen, unauthorised or fraudulently obtained payment credentials, or initiating chargeback requests with a payment provider after having used the deposited funds for wagering.
• 4Use of automated software — employing bots, scripts, crawlers, artificial intelligence systems or any other automated tool to play games, place bets or interact with the platform in a way that is not consistent with genuine manual human play.
• 5Money laundering — using the fuje9 platform to deposit, transfer, wager or withdraw funds that are derived from criminal activity, or using the platform as a vehicle for transferring funds between third parties regardless of the gaming activity involved.

Intellectual Property

Ownership of Platform Content

All content on the fuje9 platform, including but not limited to the fuje9 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, text, software code, game integrations and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of fuje9 or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the fuje9 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify or create derivative works from any fuje9 platform content without prior written consent from fuje9.

Liability

Limitation of Liability

Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party connectivity issues or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. fuje9 is not liable for losses suffered as a result of platform downtime.
• 2fuje9's total cumulative liability to any Player, whether in contract, tort, statute or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their fuje9 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• 3fuje9 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data or loss of goodwill, even if fuje9 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

fuje9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, subject to the following terms.

• 1fuje9 may suspend or terminate an account without prior notice in cases of suspected fraud, prohibited conduct, money laundering, bonus abuse, multiple account operation, or provision of false registration information.
• 2Upon account closure, any balance remaining after deduction of voided bonus funds and any amounts subject to investigation will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or identity verification requirements.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and fuje9 relating to the operation of the platform, a game outcome, a payment, or the application of these Terms, the Player should first contact fuje9 support to seek an informal resolution. fuje9 will investigate all disputes in good faith and respond within a reasonable timeframe. fuje9's decision on all operational matters, including game outcomes determined by certified RNG systems, is final.
